Yoga is for everyone, young and old, fit and not so fit. All my classes are grounded in traditional Hatha yoga principles and are based on exploring and linking postures to improve your flexibility and strength in body and mind.
Yoga is non-competitive, so we always work in a friendly and supportive and focus on what we can do, rather than what we can’t. In all of my classes, postures can be modified to suit all of experience, ability and fitness. You don't have to be able to stand on your head or sit with your legs crossed for hours at a time!
      
I am available for teaching group classes or working one-to-one for a deeper exploration of your practice and how to adapt it to your requirements.
